Maybe some of the amenities like a pool, being walking distance from work, having a gym, or not having to worry about home maintenance would make these prices worth it for you. BUT, I have to be real with you. I have a beautiful home in a nice location (3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths - 2,400 sq ft) that doesn't cost me near as much as ANY of these apartments.

According to Rent Jungle, the average price to rent in Rochester is just over $1,000 a month.
