Everything You Need to Know About Great Midwest RibFest

But don't go to sleep on the Great Midwest Rib Fest, set for this weekend at Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake. That annual festival, which runs from 4 pm to 10 pm on June 25th, 26th, and 27th, has been going on for over 10 years now and is not only home to award-winning pitmasters smoking some amazing ribs and competing for thousands in prizes, but also features three days of outdoor concerts.
