So touching! Kenny Chesney superfan Kelly Swanson got way more than she bargained for when she bought her ticket to Chesney's show. She actually got to be part of the show!

Kelly is currently fighting cancer. Chesney picked her out of the crowd in Foxborough, Mass., and brought her onstage to sing along to Bob Marley's "Three Little Birds" in front of 120,000 people! In an extra-special moment, he even took her cap off, and placed his bald head against hers! She was truly mesmerized.

Swanson posted the video on Facebook, and decided to make the post about more than just singing onstage with Kenny Chesney (which would've been enough!). She acknowledged other cancer fighters, as well, saying, “[This moment] holds so much emotion for so many people near and dear to me as well as all those who are still fighting or have fought their battle with cancer. The outpouring of posts texts and messages proves that there is still a lot of good people in this world. #everylittlethingisgonnabealright”

Then the fan-girling kicked in, and rightfully so! She added, "For all those that know me know that Kenny Chesney is my utmost favorite entertainer, and I have attended many of his shows over the years. Last night was amazing. It was a true testament of the type of person Kenny is … a genuine, stand-out human being that spreads the love. As if it wasn’t enough for him to catch my eye to let me know ‘every little thing is gonna be alright … I promise,’ but to be brought up onstage was so surreal. Thank you Kenny for making my night so special and one I will never forget.”

Way to go Kenny and Kelly!
