St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News) - St. Paul Police are reporting that city’s fourth murder this week and the 27th this year.

A news release says officers responded to multiple reports of gunshots around 5:30 PM and found a man suffering from fatal gunshot wounds in a parking lot at an apartment building only about a quarter-mile from the headquarters of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. A second shooting victim was in a nearby car. St. Paul police say he was taken to Regions Hospital with serious injuries.

Officials say it appears both men were shot in the parking lot. The deceased victim collapsed on the pavement while the second man was able to get in a vehicle and drive a short distance before stopping.

At last report, there had not any arrests in the case.
