Final Approval Given To New Downtown Rochester Apartment Project

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The developer of the latest residential project for downtown Rochester was given the green light Wednesday.
The City Council approved the final plan for the project that has been called City Walk Apartments.
The developer is planning to build the complex at the southwest corner of 2nd Street and 6th Avenue SW.
The complex will consist of a 7-story, 131 unit multi-family building with underground parking and a pool deck. The plan proposes 117 underground parking spaces and 20 parking spaces on the first floor for a total of 137 spaces. All parking will be interior.

Next up for the developer will be obtaining grading and building permits needed for the project.
