Fleet Farm and Convenience Store Sold
Back in 2016, the family that owned Mills Fleet Farm since the 1950's sold it to a New York Investment firm. The price was rumored to be over a Billion dollars.
"In 2016 Mills Fleet Farm was sold to the private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts for an undisclosed amount rumored to be around $1.2 billion.[2][5] As of July 2018, the "Mills" part of the name has been dropped, shortening the name to "Fleet Farm."
Now, Jeff Kiger of the PB reported the huge store and convenience store out near Target south has been sold to a Plymouth, Minnesota real estate investor named Steve Cheney for 25.5 million. Then he leased 'em both back to Fleet Farm.
