Here we are, coming up on three whole days since the Vikings saved their season with that improbable win on Sunday. But across the state, Minnesotans are still delirious with joy.

I think it's great. And that's coming from a noted Packer fan (being from Wisconsin and all.) So while the Vikings aren't technically MY team, I'm still really rooting for them to go all the way and win the Big Game this year. It's their time-- and I say that sincerely.

Having your team win the Super Bowl is really like nothing else. I was lucky enough to be around for two of the Packers' four world championships (so far, that is!)-- in 1997 and in 2011. While I was a kid, though, in the 70's and 80's, the Packers were horrible. Awful. It wasn't until the Brett Favre era started in 1992 that they returned to respectability.

Which is what made winning the Super Bowl in 1997 so cool-- it was such a long time coming for fans like me. I know what you've gone through, Vikings fans. So, allow me to celebrate with you as the purple and gold work to #BringItHome this season.

We were talking on the air earlier this week about the craziest things Vikings fans have done to show their support for their team. This guy below lives in Brainerd, but he definitely has Vikings fever. #Skol!
