Where do you buy your groceries in town? I usually rotate between Cub, Trader Joe’s, Hy-Vee, and Costco, personally. I'm not locked into anything. If I'm not in the mood to brave the crowds, I'll pop into the Cub on my way home. Hy-Vee has great produce and an amazing deli. If I'm looking for quality, cheap, and unique munchies, I'll go with Joe's. Seriously, don't skimp on that Green Dragon Hot Sauce.

But if you’re looking to save money, it looks like there’s one clear winner. After looking at grocery stores like Costco, Whole Foods, Walmart, Target, and Aldi, the financial company J.P. Morgan found that Costco is actually the number one grocery store when it comes to savings. In fact, the prices at Costco were discovered to be fifty-eight percent cheaper per-unit compared to Whole Foods. Yikes.

That’s not too surprising to me, considering you practically have to sell a kidney to shop at Whole Foods. And Costco is always my go-to for coffee, milk, bread, cereal, bathroom stuff, frozen pizzas, and anything else I want to buy in bulk. Kirkland all the way, baby!
