Charlie and other opponents of the data centers say there needs to be regulations and policy on Data Centers, saying there are more regulations for a bratwurst than there are for data centers.

Months ago, Berens posted a video to his millions of followers against the Port Washington $8 Data Center. He's been seeing elected officials ignoring the concerns of citizens and voters, and choose to protect big tech companies. The controversy is happening in small towns everywhere, with NDAs being signed and a lack of transparency.

People are worried that AI will take away their jobs. On top of that, Berens says we shouldn't have to pay the price for big tech AI to take over.

Proponents of Data Centers say it will help the local economy, create construction jobs, and bring investment to the city.

Berens says Data Centers are just the beginning. Once the data centers are constructed, more rural land will eventually be taken over by eminent domain.
