Minnesota Renaissance Festival August 22nd - October 4th, 2026

The Minnesota Renaissance Festival is celebrating its 55th anniversary and opens on Saturday, August 22nd, and continues on Weekends through October 4th. It's also open on Labor Day, September 7th, and Festival Friday, October 2nd.

The event is rain or shine and runs from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.

All-New Celebration Ribbons For Attendees In 2026

New in 2026 are the Minnesota Renaissance Festival Celebration Ribbons. They are free for guests and are a great souvenir to remember your visit.

Celebration Ribbons commemorate your first visit, your birthday, getting married, or just celebrating the festival.

Festgoers can pick up their ribbons at the information booth just inside the King's Gate entrance, which is located on the South Side of the festival next to the box office and King's Gate parking.
