The victim, who was 15 years old at the time, told investigators that both men participated in the assault, which she reported to a friend almost immediately after she managed to escape from Bremer's residence. The criminal complaint says the girl told police she agreed to go to the apartment to smoke marijuana with Bremer and discovered that Gray was also there.

The court document says the victim told police that because of Gray's presence, she went into Bremer's room and he started kissing her and making sexual advances. She also stated that Bremer blocked her from leaving the room before Gray entered and the two men began assaulting her.

Bremer was convicted of the same charges during the trial in December. He is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
