Eagan, MN (MinnesotaNow)- Authorities have released a photo of a suspect vehicle as the investigation into a road rage shooting on a Twin Cities freeway continues.

The Eagan Police Department responded to the incident shortly after 5:15 Friday afternoon. 

Law enforcement has since released a description of the driver.

Driver Fires Gunshots During Road Range Incident on I-35E in Eagan

The shooting happened in the area of Interstate 35E and Deerwood Dr. in Eagan. 

Police say one of the drivers involved in the road rage incident fired multiple shots at the other vehicle. No injuries were reported, however the victim's vehicle was damaged by the bullets. 

Details regarding the events that led up to the shooting are not available. 

Description of Suspect and Vehicle

An update on the investigation issued on Sunday describes the suspect vehicle as a “2010–2014 white Ford F-150 four-door pickup truck with black door handles, gray rocker panels, a black tonneau cover, and visible rust around the driver's side rear wheel well/fender.” 

Police are describing the driver as “white male with long dark hair.” He was seen driving north on 35E near Lone Oak Rd. following the road rage shooting.
