An Iowa Teen Will Be Featured on the Food Network Again
Be on the lookout for Nash Roe on the Food Network this month! According to a new article from the Des Moines Register, the Iowa teenager will be competing on a new holiday special!
In December of 2022, a teenager from Clive named Nash Roe made his television debut on the Food Network's 'Kids Baking Championship.' Nash is talented young baker who has been running his own business called Nash's Confections since 2020. After seven weeks on 'Kids Baking Championship,' Nash was eliminated during the "Interview with a Baker" episode on February 6th.
Nash will get another chance to show off his baking skills during a new Food Network holiday special this month called 'Kids Baking Championship: Reindeer Games!' The article from the Des Moines Register reads:
"During 'Reindeer Games,' four kid bakers will craft 3D reindeer antler cakes and compete for a $10,000 prize package that includes seasonal tools and equipment. The special will be hosted by 'Ace of Cakes' star Duff Goldman and Kardea Brown of the network's 'Delicious Miss Brown.'"
The new special will air on Monday, November 27th at 7 p.m. on the Food Network, and will be available to stream on Discovery+ and MAX. We're rooting for you, Nash!
