During most of the year, visitors can take vintage train rides and enjoy the Hawkeye State's beautiful landscape. However, during a few weekends in October, the museum transforms into a terrifying attraction called Midwest Haunted Rails.

With a ghost train, a haunted house, carnival rides, concessions, and Iowa's only haunted trolley, guests can explore a scary world of ghosts and goblins.
