
Jeff Foxworthy Show Postponed in Minnesota Due to Major Winter Storm
Major Winter Storm Expected to Hit Minnesota This Weekend
The last few days, words like "land hurricane", "20+ inches of snow", "blizzard", and "high wind warnings" have been predicted for multiple counties in Minnesota this weekend.
Hundreds of Flights Already Canceled Ahead of the Storm
On Friday, March 13th, it was reported that Delta was already canceling some flights ahead of the storm. Due to safety concerns for customers and the crews, 190 flights scheduled to arrive on Sunday in the Twin Cities area were already canceled. Based on data from FlightAware, CBS News reported that 199 flights that were to depart from the area on Sunday have also been canceled.
As the National Weather Service continues to monitor the major winter storm in Minnesota, cancellations of events are starting to roll in. Unfortunately, one of those on the list includes a popular comedian who was set to perform in Southeast Minnesota on Saturday.

An Evening With Jeff Foxworthy Postponed Due To Weather In Minnesota
Around 7:00 pm on Friday, March 13th, Treasure Island Resort & Casino sent the following note to fans letting them know that the famous, Jeff Foxworthy, was unfortunately unable to now travel for his performance.
Due to unforeseen artist travel complications associated with the impending inclement weather in the area, An Evening with Jeff Foxworthy, originally scheduled for Saturday, March 14 in the Island Event Center, has been postponed. A rescheduled date will be announced soon. All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster for the original show will be honored for the new show date. A refund window for all primary tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will be announced in conjunction with the new show date.
