A popular news anchor that Southeast Minnesota has loved since 2002 is coming back to TV with ABC 6 News.
Randy Brock Coming Back to TV with ABC 6 News in Rochester, Minnesota
An exciting announcement was shared by ABC 6 News on Monday, May 8th. A well-known meteorologist in Southeast Minnesota, Randy Brock, is joining the team at ABC 6 News for the 5 pm, 6 pm, and 10 pm news as Chief Meteorologist. He will be joining James Wilcox and Robin Wolfram starting May 31st.
Randy Brock will be filling the spot that Chief Meteorologist Chris Kuball held for 15 years at ABC 6 News.
Two Huge Names Have Announced Recent Departures From ABC 6 News in Rochester, Minnesota
ABC 6 News has had some big staffing changes announced recently. If you missed the news, Laura Lee shared an emotional announcement on March 28th that she would be leaving ABC 6 News after working there for 13 years. It wasn't shared initially where she would be going next but we now know that she will be working in Duluth, Minnesota.

As we now know, Robin Wolfram replaced Laura Lee and started on May 1st.
The second big change noticed on the airwaves is what opened the opportunity for Randy Brock. Chief Meteorologist Chris Kuball, who has been with ABC 6 News for 15 years, was the most recent to share that he was leaving for a position in Des Moines.

Although this has now been a full year, another huge change took place at ABC 6 News when it was announced that Besty Singer, was leaving ABC 6 News. According to her bio, she had been employed by ABC 6 News since July 2009. Prior to that, many in Southeast Minnesota knew her from her time at KTTC.
