All summer, families have been gathering in towns all over Minnesota and kids have gathered on the sides of the roads with huge smiles on their faces.  The reason was because they knew that in just a few moments they would see clowns, Chang the Dragon, motorcycles and drift trikes soon, ready to entertain the crowd.  What you may not know is that the individuals providing this fun for the community are Rochester Area Shriners.

While most of the parades are over, there is one more event that you are invited to that will bring you some cheer too!  Chang won't be there but don't let that stop you from showing up to sample wine, beer, and lots of spirits.
