During Sunday night's (January 28) Grammy Awards ceremony, host James Corden announced that he'd be giving out puppies as a consolation prize to any nominees who didn't go home with the prestigious golden gramophone, and one superstar is demanding a new four-legged friend after not receiving one during the show.

Kelly Clarkson's "Love So Soft" was up for Best Vocal Performance, but lost to Ed Sheeran's monster hit, "Shape of You." The pop star took to Twitter to call out Corden and the Recording Academy and shrug off the loss in a hilarious way. "I mean, what the hell @JKCorden and @RecordingAcad I didn't get my puppy consolation!?" she tweeted. "I'm calling bullshit. Y'all owe me a puppy."

Corden's bit began after the Best Comedy Album winner was announced.  “I should say to all the nominees who are not going home with a Grammy," he said, "I don’t want anyone to be upset tonight, so the good news is nobody goes home empty-handed because all night we will be handing out consolation puppies.”

The camera then panned to nominee Jerry Seinfeld being presented with an adorable little pup. Jim Gaffigan and Sarah Silverman also received cute furry friends (Dave Chapelle won in that category).
