Let’s Hang Out At the Rochester Women’s Fall Expo

Well... it is Paisley the new girl here! It still blows my mind that I have only lived here for four months. For some strange reason, it seems like it has been much longer than that. I still have a lot to experience here in Minnesota and one thing is the Rochester Women's Fall Expo. To be honest, I have no idea what to expect, so let's go experience it together.

The event is happening on Saturday, October 26th from 9 am to 2 pm at the Mayo Civic Center Exhibit Hall. There is going to be a lot of venders and exhibitors there to check out. Usually, that means FREE stuff! That is why I like going to events like this. Clear your calendar because there is going to be a lot to see and do.

I wasn't joking about the free stuff. First Alliance Credit Union wants to pay for a girl's weekend for you and three friends. They want to pay for a night at the Hilton Garden Inn next to the Mall of America. They will even give you and your three friends $100 visa gift cards to enjoy your weekend. You could win this by visiting their booth at the Women's Expo.

Sunshine and Rose will be there. They are going to be teaching us how to paint! I can use all the help I can get because stick figures are my expertise. Get there early because there are limited spots at their two painting sessions.

If you could use a new outfit or two to get you through the winter, Sistique Boutique will be there with their bus full of clothing. They have so many cute things there! I may need a babysitter for my credit card while I walk through their booth!

Hair... I love having long hair, but sometimes I just don't know what to do with it. Being a tomboy, a baseball cap and ponytail are my two go-to hairstyles... or a better way of putting it, the only two things I know how to do. If you are like me and could use some help in these departments, Minnesota State College Southeast Cosmetology Academy is going to be there. They are going to help you out with all of your hair and makeup needs.
