The Minnesota State Patrol is currently investigating claims that a state trooper sent himself nude photos from a woman's phone. According to KSTP, 36-year-old Trooper Albert Kuehne took the unidentified woman's iPhone during a DUI arrest and when she got the phone back, three nude photos of herself had been sent to a number she did not recognize.

The Twin Cities TV Station did reach out to Kuehne for comment and he said, "I really don’t have anything to say about it" and then hung up. The trooper is currently on paid leave pending the outcome of their investigation.
