We may be known for our being 'Minnesota Nice,' but even the most patient Minnesotan starts to get annoyed by *this* behavior that some of our coworkers exhibit!

Here in the North Star State, we're a pretty patient bunch, right? Most of us go to our jobs each day (whether that's in-person, on the job site, or working from home), do our jobs, and then head back home again. Of course, that doesn't mean that we don't get a little salty when it comes to our coworkers.

And the worst coworker behavior could happen a lot, given that over two-thirds of Minnesota's population is currently employed. That's right, just over 68 percent of adults over sixteen are currently employed or seeking employment here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes. That's according to the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, which noted the Bold North had the 6th highest labor force participation rate in the country.

But no matter where you work, you've likely had to deal with the Most Annoying Coworker Behavior in Minnesota. Now that most Minnesotans have been back in the office or on the job site at least a few days a week, we've once again been subjected to some uh... unique, shall we say... behaviors by our coworkers.

These are behaviors that one might even describe as annoying, right? It's with that in mind that this survey from Zippia took a look at just WHICH behaviors by our coworkers are the most annoying both here in Minnesota and in every state. Zippia surveyed over 1,200 workers across the U.S. to better understand what we find annoying.

It turns out basically everything from "'How much you talk,' to 'how you eat your lunch' can be a source of annoyance for your colleagues," the survey noted. So, just which coworker behavior do we think is the worst, and is the most annoying here in the North Star State?

According to Zippia, Minnesota's Most Annoying Coworker Behavior is simply being bad at your job. We've all had to deal with THAT coworker, haven't we? Out of all the coworker behaviors we encounter, that's what torks us off the most, according to this survey.

But that's not the most annoying coworker behavior overall, though. Zippia says the number-one most annoying coworker behavior in the U.S. is coworkers who are too loud, followed by coworkers who are lazy and those who love to spread office gossip.
