I've seen some real cool houses in my day, but never have I ever been inside a house that has it's own private peninsula.

Yep, you read that right. The house has a nearly 360-degree view of Lake Minnetonka with almost 1,700 feet of frontage on Wayzata Bay. YES, PLEASE!!! The house is not only perfect from the outside - wait until you see the inside.

It was built in 2016 and according to the listing, has an East coast shingle-style design and superb craftsmanship from Swan Architecture and Streeter Homes.
