There’s something weirdly satisfying about looking inside massive new construction homes I may never own… but absolutely want to steal ideas from. It’s basically like building a Pinterest board in real life.

And let’s be honest, some new builds feel a little copy and paste… dare I say cookie cutter? Nice? Sure. Memorable? Not always. Then every once in a while, a house pops up that legit has it all. This is absolutely one of those houses.

A newly built dream home in southwest Rochester is turning heads for all the right reasons, and honestly, it's so easy to see why. I'm infatuated!

The staircase alone deserves its own moment. It immediately sets the tone the second you walk in. Then your eyes move to the massive wall of windows flooding the home with natural light, the amazing wood beams, and the custom built-ins that show up in all the right places. It feels like one of those homes pulled straight from a luxury design magazine.

The inside is a showstopper, no doubt. Nearly 5,800 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, stunning fireplaces, and some of the most unique lighting fixtures I’ve seen in a while. And then there’s the three season porch… the kind of space you’d accidentally spend an entire weekend morning in with coffee in hand.

It’s modern, thoughtful, and layered with detail after detail that makes it hard not to obsess over every space.
