MSN just unveiled its list of the top restaurants in each state, and Minnesota’s winner might be newer on the local scene, but it’s no stranger to national attention. In fact, back in September, it was celebrated as one of America’s top 20 restaurants by Bon Appétit, and soon after, The New York Times included it in their Best Restaurants in the US list.
