Popular Twin Cities Ramen Restaurant Coming to Rochester

A very popular ramen restaurant in the Twin Cities has plans to expand across the country and into southeast Minnesota. They currently have locations around the Twin Cities as well as a location in Las Vegas.

I was actually just at their Mall of America location this past weekend. The food was really good so I'm excited for them to open up their location in Rochester. The restaurant is called Ichiddo Ramen. It's a Japanese ramen noodle restaurant.

According to their website, they currently have a total of 7 locations (6 in the Twin Cities and 1 in Las Vegas). Their website also says that they have 7 more locations listed as 'coming soon'. That's a ton of expansion happening!

The three 'coming soon' locations with addresses include a location in Eagan, Tennesee, and New York. The others that don't have addresses on their website yet are Apple Valley, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, and Rochester. So most of the expansion is staying in the Twin Cities with a few exceptions.

I tried to reach out to Ichiddo Ramen's marketing team for more information on the Rochester location. I wanted to know if they had any dates in mind or a possible location but so far I haven't heard back. If I had to guess we'll probably have to wait a little while because there's no address listed for a Rochester location just yet. I would assume that means they haven't gotten terribly far in the planning process for this location.
