Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man was arrested Monday for breaking into his landlord’s office.
Staff at the Oak Terrace Estates mobile home park arrived for work Monday and discovered a burglar had made off with a TV, electronics, tools and a bicycle from the main office. Entry was made through a window around 3:00 AM Monday..
The thief was apparently not aware there was a surveillance camera set up in the office. Staff checked the system and recognized the burglar as one of the tenants, 44-year-old Brandon Ball.
Police officers went to his residence but he refused to let them in. Officers obtained a search warrant and were able to recover some of the stolen items.
