Rochester Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Teenager at RCTC

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man is facing charges after reportedly exposing himself to a teenager at RCTC.

The 17-year-old told police she was sitting in a common area around 12:45 PM Wednesday when the man sat next to her and made small talk. She said as the man began walking away, he stopped and exposed himself.

It was later learned the same man had asked a woman at the college if she wanted to have sex with him.

The man was located and arrested by police Thursday. He was identified as 23-year-old Patrick Terrell. He was arraigned Friday on indecent exposure and disorderly conduct charges.

News Update: A woman was killed Thursday after the vehicle she was driving crashed into the back of a MnDOT pickup truck in the Twin Cities area.
