Deputies confirmed the trailer spotted was the trailer reported stolen, however it had been painted, its license plate had been taken off and approximately $8,000 worth of items inside of it was missing. Authorities obtained a search warrant for the residence and recovered the missing items.

The tenant of the property, 48-year-old Izaak Parker, was not home during the search. Schueller said Parker was arrested on Tuesday during a traffic stop when an officer spotted him in the 3,000 block of Pine Ridge Rd. Southeast in Rochester.

Poppa J’s took to social media once their trailer was stolen. Schueller says the social media posts and the awareness of community members helped deputies quickly recover the trailer.

Schuller said Parker damaged the trailer after he allegedly painted it and busted a lock. Parker is facing potential felony charges for possessing stolen property and misdemeanor damage to property charges.
