Runways at Rochester International Airport Flooded (Video)

The latest rainfall in Southeast Minnesota left a lot of roads impassable, including Hwy 52 North by Pine Island.  Cows that were swept away by the flood waters were even caught on video!  I didn't even realize how bad the flooding was until I saw this video from the Rochester International Airport.

4.98 inches fell very quickly forcing the closure of the airfield until the standing water subsided. - Rochester International Airport Facebook Page

Mother Nature decided to show her power, that's for sure!

Fingers crossed that clean up will be an easy one for everyone and that we can start seeing a forecast without so much rain.
