Sports Physicals To Be Offered At OMC Sports Medicine & Athletic Performance

Olmsted Medical Central will be offering sports physicals for Minnesota State High School League-sanctioned activities on August 1st.

According to a release from OMC, they will be offering the physicals at OMC's Sports Medicine and Athletic Performance (SMAP) facility.

It cost $25 per physical, and OMC will be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Those wanting to set an appointment can call 507-535-1977. Required Paperwork includes the parent and patient sections of the MSHSL Sports Physical Examination Form must be fully completed. OMC also requires that a parent be present at the time of the exam.

OMC also wants athletes to bring the student's immunization record and if the students wear glasses or contacts, they must wear or bring the glasses/contacts to the appointment. All visitors are required to wear a mask when they enter the facility.
