The tour is put on by the Rochester Trolley and Tour Company, and featured stops at all four of Rochester's microbreweries. We went with a group of friends Saturday afternoon and had a great time!

After boarding the trolley in the Government Center parking lot, we started our tour at Forager Brewing Company, in the Kutzky Neighborhood, on 6th St NW. We sampled some of their beers (their Hip Hops was both mine and my wife's favorite) and went back to their brewing area to see how their beer is made. It was pretty interesting.

Second on the stop was the LTS Brewing Company, on 32nd Ave NW (it's just a block off 19th St. near the RAC). We again enjoyed a flight of their beers (the Inspiration being our favorite).

Those were some GIANT beers we sampled on the Rochester Microbrewery Trolley Tour!

Our third stop took us to Kinney Creek Brewing Company, off 7th St. NW, where we again sampled four of their different brews (I especially enjoyed their Canoe The Zumbro IPA).

We wrapped up the tour with a stop at Grand Rounds Brew Pub, where we sampled their beer (their Hawaii 507 Coconut Stout being a favorite) before having dinner (the beer battered cheese curds along with their MacReuben burger was what I had).

Being the craft beer fans that we are, my wife and I had already been to all four microbrewies previously and were familiar with some of their beers. But the tour allowed us to try many other beers, all without having to drive. And it's always great to support our local businesses right here in Rochester! You can get more information on their upcoming tours HERE.
