In a one-night concert that almost seemed more like a day at an area music festival, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Randy Houser, Thomas Rhett and Dustin Lynch put on quite a show Saturday at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

While we didn't quite get there to see the Dustin Lynch and Thomas Rhett portions of the show (we instead decided to grab some of our favorite wings at Big 10 Restaurant and Bar, just a few blocks away before heading into the stadium), we did settle in to our seats just in time for Randy Houser's portion of the show.

He did most of his big hits, including his latest, 'Like A Cowboy,' which showcased his strong voice. Probably because of time limitations, he didn't do 'I Can Take It From There,' which is also a big hit of his. He did do a pretty cool version of Sam Smith's 'Stay With Me,' however.

Florida Georgia Line, of course, got the place rocking as they did all their big hits, and even dedicated an extra chorus of 'Dirt' to us here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes. (While I appreciated their dedication to Minnesota, I was a little disappointed they didn't alter the lyrics to include a Minnesota reference. I remember John Michael Montgomery, when he opened for Reba at the Minnesota State Fair back in the 90's, doing a version of Skynard's 'Sweet Home Alabama,' but instead singing, "Sweet Home...Minnesota!")

Luke Bryan, of course, is the master at hosting the party. He worked all aspects of the stage, used fireworks, a fake pier (for the song 'Drink A Beer') the big screen and whatever else he could to get TCF Bank rolling. He even brought out House, Rhett, and

Lynch to do some shots, and a cover of Maroon 5's 'Sugar'. Of course, Luke also brought back Tyler and Brian from FGL, as well, to do 'The Only Way I Know,' a Jason Aldean song that originally featured Bryan (and Eric Church) as guests.

Seeing as Luke Bryan was the first country act to play at TCF Bank Stadium, I'd say he put on a pretty good show. It was a great night for an outdoor concert, too. Hopefully, he's the first of many big country stars to play there!
