Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The third suspect in the murder of a Rochester man has been transferred to the Olmsted County Jail.  20-year-old Darien Klindworth-Woods had been held at the Blue Earth County Jail in Mankato on an unrelated charge prior to being moved to Rochester yesterday when he was formally arraigned on two counts of second-degree murder stemming for the shooting death of 38-year-old Brandon Arndt last month.

The charges against Klindworth-Woods allege he participated in the murder at Bob’s Trailer Park on September 10th by serving as the driver for the alleged gunman, 27-year-old Malcolm Woods. Their cousin, 34-year-old Keilah Parsons, is also charged with being involved in the fatal shooting. Police investigators say they allegedly decided to kill Arndt because they mistakenly believed he had somehow harmed their grandmother, who was hospitalized the night before the murder after suffering from a life-threatening medical condition.

Bail for Klindworth-Woods was set at $1-million. He is due back in court for an initial appearance on October 16th.
