Winter is for all sorts of outdoor fun like skiing, snowboarding, tubing. And if you and your kids love tubing you might want to consider making the trek up to Nisswa to check out Minnesota's longest tubing run!

WCCO wrote about Mount Ski Gull when they won the WCCO Best of Minnesota award for Best Snow Tubing in Minnesota. They say that this may be Minnesota's longest tubing run, coming in at 1,000 feet long.

Of course, there are tubes to rent there and, according to Only in Your State, you can "just ride the tow rope back to the top" once you get to the bottom of the hill. No hiking up the giant hill you just slid down!

Mount Ski Gull has on their website that a two-hour pass for tubing is $19.99, an all-day tubing pass is $34.99, and a family of four tubing pass is $84.99.

Mount Ski Gull just opened for the season this past Saturday, the 23rd!
