Two People Wounded in Austin Shooting
Austin, MN (KROC-AM News) - Police in Austin have not reported any arrests but also say there’s currently no danger to the public in the aftermath of a shooting Saturday that sent two people to the hospital.
A police spokesman says officers responded to reports of gunfire in a neighborhood located just south of downtown Austin around 9 PM. When they arrived at the scene, they discovered a crowd of a few dozen people and two people with gunshot wounds.
The shooting victims were transported to the Mayo Clinic Health System Hospital in Austin with what the spokesperson described as non-life threatening injuries.
