Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Two young women arrested following an assault of a woman in a Rochester Park last summer have entered into plea agreements in Olmsted County Court.

19-year-old Breannah McKee of Rochester admitted to a second degree assault charge in exchange for the dismissal of two other felony counts including a first-degree aggravated robbery charge. She is scheduled to be sentenced on June 5th.

The other defendant, 27-year-old Brittney Hoffman a Pine Island was allowed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge and was sentenced to one year on probation.

They were arrested, along with a 26-year-old Rochester woman and a 19-year-old Rochester man, after an 18-year-old woman told police she was dragged out of a car at Slatterly Park, where she was punched and kicked in an attack that was recorded on a cellphone video that was obtained by police.

Investigators indicated the victim was targeted because she had begun a relationship with the boyfriend of one of the young women charged in the case.
