Venue for Live Music
Now that the Wicked Moose is closed for good, we definitely have a shortage of places for live music!

Indoor Golf Center
We have a crazy amount of outdoor golf courses in this area, but some listeners think we could use an indoor course so golfing year-round is possible.

Indoor Go-Karts
We just need a giant fun center - water park, playground, go-karts etc...

Outlet Mall
While I love taking the trip to the Medford Outlet Mall, I worry that an outlet mall would not survive in Rochester. Malls in general seem to be struggling.

Roller Rink
Throwing it way back! How much fun would a roller rink be?! I LOVED when we would roller skate in Phy-Ed. I'm all for this!
