For the life of me, I can't figure out why so many in Rochester think there is a difference between the two.

I'll admit it - I'm still somewhat "new" to Rochester (I moved here in July of 2016), so my opinion might not count for much.

I've been wondering for months why so many of you think Mr. Pizza South is "better" than Mr. Pizza North. I regularly hear this when I mentioned I've eaten at either location! "North or South?" is the question that immediately follows my mention.

While I genuinely love the pizza at BOTH locations, I got some answers as to why "south" is "better" than "north" in your eyes.

Here are a few reasons I've heard:

  • "South is the original one!"
  • "I like the environment at south better."
  • "I've been going to the south location since I was a baby."

My conclusion: the love of Mr. Pizza South is purely emotional (which I understand, and relate to) and has nothing to do with the pizza. We all love the pizza at either location just the same!
