The Minnesota Wild will be kicking off their preseason tonight against the Dallas Stars. If you're a hockey fan planning on heading up for the game tonight, or any time this season, heads up, there will be some huge changes at the gate. The biggest perhaps, you will need to show a QR code on your phone to get in. The days of paper tickets at the Xcel Energy Center are officially over.

According to NHL.COM, the Minnesota Wild are moving to an "entirely digital  ticketing experience." You'll be able to access your tickets via the free NHL app.

  • Beginning October 15th, only clear bags allowed in for ANY events. This was already enforced for Wild Games.
  • Several vendors are now only accepting credit cards, gift cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
  • No re-entry is permitted at all

Whether you're heading up for a game or a concert, we can pay for it.
