10 Things You Didn’t Know About Samm Adams!
Did you know I got married on a movie set? Here are 10 things you may not know about me.
I’m actually considered the veteran at Quick Country with nearly 4 years under my belt. While I LOVE radio, it’s not exactly what I thought I would be doing.
I was married on the set of the new Baywatch movie!!
No seriously, they filmed that movie on the same beach we were married on. Unfortunately they left a week before we got there.
I always thought I was going to be a TV personality!
I actually thought I’d be a sideline reporter, until I fell madly in love with the way of radio. I get to roll out of bed, hair a mess, pj’s on, come into work and entertain the crap out of you! I don’t have a script, I get to be myself and do what I do best. I am so truly thankful to be where I am right now!
I have 10 tattoos!
Even tattoo artists don’t believe me when I say that, because if I wear my hair down with normal clothes (jeans and a dress shirt) you can’t see a single one! I LOVE tattoos and got my first one with my mom when I was 17.
I grew up in a bar!
My grandma owned a bar and grill for 21 years, and it was right across the street from my house.
I’m crazy about animals!
I’ve had pets all my life – everything from an iguana to rabbits, cats and dogs.
I have a Minnesota state champion medal!
When I was a junior in high school, my basketball team won the state tournament. LOVE sports, and still play volleyball and softball.
I am a DIY/Pinterest/HGTV freak!
My husband and I are going to be the new Tarek and Christina (Flip or Flop) minus the divorce. We are currently redoing our kitchen.
I have a sister that’s 19 years younger than me!
She’s the sweetest little diva ever – 9 going on 13…
Ironically, I do NOT like beer
I try, but I really am not a fan. The best I can do is an Angry Moon (half Angry Orchard, half Blue Moon)…
I LOVE to travel!
My first time on a plane was when I was 19, but since then I’ve been unstoppable. I finally got my passport this year, and went to Mexico. When I retire, I would be totally fine with buying an RV and seeing the world.
