Dog Searches For Owner In Hospital – Amazing Story

A cute dog found a way to escape from its home and run to a hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and visit her sick owner.

For the past two weeks, the miniature schnauzer’s owner has been staying 15 to 20 blocks away at a hospital as she recovered from surgery (battling cancer).

Security cameras caught the dog, Sissy, walking through two automatic doors and strolling right into hospital.

The hospital’s security guard used the dog’s tags to call the owner, and spoke to the patient’s husband. That’s when the guard realized what the dog was looking for.

The family still can’t figure out how Sissy knew where to go, and say they’ve never taken the dog to the hospital before.
