On September 10th, at 7 PM, The Rochester Civil War Round Table will present a program, given by Rory Matson, entitled "Colonel Albert M. Lea". This is the story of a Confederate Colonel, who in 1835, as a young lieutenant & engineer in the U S Army, had surveyed southern MN. & northern Iowa. He was the man for whom the city of Albert Lea, MN. was later named. The program will be held at the History Center of Olmsted County, located at 1195 W. Circle Dr. SW, Rochester. The public is invited.
