Frankie Ballard Is a Nice Guy

It's been a few years since Frankie Ballard hit the music scene. He's played in Rochester a few times at the Wicked Moose and now he's in the top 10 with his latest single, "Young & Crazy".

Frankie is a Detroit native and got asked to open for legendary rocker Bob Seger. I'm a huge Bob Seger fan and had tickets to the show. We also had meet and greet passes for Frankie Ballard. Unlike most other artists who herd you through the meet and greet process like cattle, Frankie was very cordial and even offered us a few beverages backstage, of which we enjoyed.

As we were chatting about our love of music and especially seeing Bob Seger, he wanted to know if we wanted to watch Bob's show next to the stage. Well, duh, of course. So we hung next to the stage and watched one of the greatest rockers in music history, Bob Seger, up close and personal.
