Operation Welcome Home A Huge Success

Operation Welcome Home was a huge success Thursday night. It was held at the Rochester International Event Center, with proceeds benefiting the Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch. The Ranch uses the monies raised to help military families in so many ways.
They've hosted disabled veterans turkey hunts, family getaways and more. I got a chance to co-emcee the event with Betsy Singer, of ABC 6 News.
The live auction raised thousands of dollars and a big shout out goes to John Kruesel, who donated his time and talent to the cause. You see John at a lot of charity fundraisers and he does an incredible job.
And director Bob Bardwell was amazing, as always with his inspirational speeches. You can never feel 'down' when you are around Bob. He is amazing!
