Rochester Man Charged With Molesting Young Boy
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man has been accused of molesting a 7 year old boy and taking nude photographs of him.
Two felony counts of criminal sexual conduct ( 1st and 2nd degree ) have been filed in Olmsted County Court against 21 year old Sean Walters. He is also facing one count of the use of a minor in a sexual performance, which is also a felony.The criminal complaint indicates the incident occurred May 16th.
Walters was arraigned Tuesday and later released on bond. He was ordered back to court for his first hearing on June 2nd.
