Rochester Police Arrest Two Suspected Thieves With OnStar’s Help
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Don’t steal a car that has an active OnStar account.
Two men found out the hard way when they were arrested in Rochester Tuesday.
Police were contacted by OnStar around 5:00 PM about a vehicle that had been reported stolen in Winona.
When the vehicle stopped at the south Walmart store, OnStar locked the ignition and the two men were stranded. They were still there when officers arrived.
Arrested were 29-year-old Shanden Ristau of Winona and 33-year-old Baily Miller of Stewartville.
