Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) - A rural Olmsted County man returned home Thursday afternoon to find his house had been broken into and ransacked.

He also discovered a gun and a vehicle were missing.

The man told deputies the thief or thieves drove off with his 2005 Blazer. The vehicle is white with a license number of 999 NNU. Also taken in the daytime burglary were miscellaneous items worth an estimated $4,000.The residence is located in the 7000 block of 30th St SE.
