Today Is National Radio Day!

Today is 'National Radio Day'! It's a day to celebrate and give your favorite radio DJ some cash. OK, not really, but we're glad we can be a part of your daily routine. When I go on vacation, numerous people tell me 'their day just isn't the same in their morning routine'.
Radio is so many things to you and you probably don't realize it. We're your jukebox by playing all of your favorite songs. We're your weatherman with the forecast. We're your clock. We're your news and sports guy. We let you know what's going on in your world and if you aren't happy with us, we'll give you your money back. Oh yeah, we're FREE thanks to our great advertisers who help put food on our table.
Have you ever thought about how radio waves help you out in other ways? Radio waves can help you talk to people or scan the internet through your cell phone. Radio waves will open your garage door's opener. Radio waves will change the channel on your TV and radio waves will get you the world at your fingertips with wireless internet.
