It's about to get colder, so why not practice making a warm meal? This one is sure to keep the whole family happy - and warm! It's a twist on chili!

IAIN BAGWELL: Pintrest

Delish explains that the key to this recipe is in the seasoning, and turkey! That's right - turkey! Instead of beef! They say, "Stir in the garlic, chili powder, and cumin and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until it begins to brown, about 4 minutes." It's that easy!

Another bonus to this recipe is the potential for three months worth of leftovers! Normally this recipe serves six, but you can make enough of it, and save it, to last three months. Delish says, "Allow the chili to cool, then freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight and reheat in a medium saucepan, covered, adding 1/2 cup water or chicken broth if it seems too thick."
