What Is The Circumference Of Rochester In Miles?

Ever wonder how many miles it is to go around the city of Rochester? A few days ago when the weather was nice, I took my motorcycle out of the garage and took a spin around the city of Rochester.

I started at the 'on ramp' of Highway 52 and 11th Ave SE and zeroed out the odometer on my motorcycle. I then went on 52 to Marion Road, up county road 11 by Haverhill Township to 75th street NE. From there, I went east on 75th street to Douglas and went south to the 'T' intersection. From there, I traveled to West Circle Drive, south past the Olmsted County History Center to the 16th street turnoff.

Then, I got on 52 and went around the south part of Rochester, until I was at my original starting point at Hwy 52 and 11th Ave SE.

Total miles to go around the city of Rochester? 41.2 miles. (That's about how many miles it is to go from Rochester to Austin one way!)- Alan
